Nate Orlofsky
Nate is the owner and lead inspector of N8 Inspections. He found a passion for real estate early in life. During his school years and throughout college, Nate Orlofsky spent his summers managing real estate renovations in New York. His journey led him to Baltimore, Maryland, where he relocated after meeting his wife, Hayley. In Baltimore, Nate served as a controller for a real estate management and development company, gaining valuable experience in property management and operations.
Nate prioritizes customer satisfaction, aiming to transform the potentially stressful and uncertain experience of a home inspection into a calming and enjoyable process. He dedicates himself to educating his clients and continually seeks to enhance his expertise in the field. He established his own property inspection business based on his extensive real estate knowledge, honed customer service skills, and previous inspection experience.
Entrepreneurship and Commitment to Customer Service
After earning his Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Nate developed a strong interest in customer-focused business practices and their pivotal role in seamless transactions. Amid the challenges posed by the 2020 pandemic, Nate pursued and successfully obtained his Property Inspection certification. Drawing from his extensive real estate knowledge, honed customer service skills, and previous experience in inspections, he ventured to establish his own property inspection business.

Family Matters
Outside of his professional endeavors, Nate Orlofsky leads a fulfilling personal life centered around his family. Married with three children, spare time is a precious commodity for Nate. When not engaged in his work, he can often be found attending school functions or shuttling his children to various appointments and extracurricular activities. Nate and his wife are active members of their synagogue, Shomeri Emunah, where they participate in community activities.
In addition to his family commitments, Nate enjoys being actively involved in his children’s interests, such as coaching his son’s PeeWee baseball team last year. As an amateur juggler, Nate also indulges in the art of juggling as a hobby, balancing his professional responsibilities with personal passions and family life.
