Nate Orlofsky is the owner and lead inspector of N8 Inspections. He has always been passionate about real estate. Growing up, he spent his summers managing real estate flips in New York, gaining hands-on experience.  This early exposure sparked a strong interest in the industry. After meeting his wife, Hayley, Nate relocated to Baltimore, Maryland, where he further sharpened his skills as a real estate management and development company controller. In that role, he gained valuable insight into property management and the operations behind the transactions.

With a strong foundation in real estate and a commitment to exceptional customer service, Nate established N8 Inspections. Nate aims to transform the often-complicated and stressful home inspection process into an exciting and enjoyable experience, as it should be!

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nate leads a fulfilling personal life centered around his family. Married with three children, spare time is a precious commodity for Nate. When not engaged in his work, he can often be found attending his children’s school functions or extracurricular activities. Nate and Hayley are active members of their community.
